As the bride and groom we understand you want to give your guest the best of the best transportation to your venue with ease, so allow us to organise all the finer details for you.

How does Wedding Transfers work?
Generally we recommend allowing your guest 1 to 3 main pick up locations closest to your venue, keep in mind when you offer too many options for your guest it can create more hassle than needed. These main pick up locations will be allocated accordingly, most likely at hotels, motels or other local venues. This ensures our drivers can safely transport your guest from one place to the next at every stop point. Private street pick up locations can be an option also, depending on area size and safe boarding for such a large vehicle.

Timing is key, so we like to organise all pick up and drop off locations on a tight early schedule, allowing plenty of buffing time at each stop and having your guest arrive at your venue promptly.

We cater between 10 to 100 passengers plus more if needed, depending on availability and offering one way pick up transfers or return day/night options. Once we decide on these main details we can tailor to your wedding transfer needs and adjust anything to your liking.

On board is an esky, water, ice and cups for your guest with BYO licensing on all vehicles.
