We used EV Tours mainly to shuttle eight guys from the US to and from the Melbourne CBD, various airports and golf courses over a two week period.

It was a bit of a rocky start as they picked us up from the airport with a vehicle that was awkward for loading golf clubs and a driver that couldn't adequately adequately lift golf clubs into that vehicle (it was a passenger bus without rooms for clubs with a higher floor). Also, their driver couldn't reach me via WhatsApp even though the Director Elyce could. So, we had a very slight miscommunication regarding pickup location at the airport and at the hotel the following morning. That may sound like we were disappointed, but we were not.

After the first day it was smooth sailing. We had four different EV Tours drivers during our stay. They were all exceedingly courteous with great attitudes. They showed up 15 minutes early for each pickup, communicated their location clearly, and helped load and unload bags. They even laughed at our dumb jokes. What more could you ask for? Seriously, I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Even when we had the issues we had, Elyce responded within minutes to emails, even at 10:30pm.

For anyone using EV Tours I'd recommend sending them the QR Code of your WhatsApp contact page. That will eliminate any kind of confusion we encountered regarding their drivers calling out of country numbers. Once we did that it was smooth sailing. The pickup mixup at the hotel was partially created by me. The hotel has a street address that was not the same as their main pickup/dropoff area. So...just perhaps call your pickup hotel and verify the address that should be used.

We went on the Grandma Paulie's wine 🍷 tour on the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula. X3 vineyards with each having stunning views. We had an Italian lunch at TGallant vineyard which was delicious.
Our driver Sheree was our driver/tour guide, she was very knowledgeable of the area and was alot of fun also. She really looked after us.
My family, friends and I had a great day and I would recommend EV wine tours.

My husband and I booked a few buses, one 40 seater and two 11seaters, for transport for our wedding guests on the Mornington Peninsula and the service was fantastic! Right from the start, EV Tours were really prompt in responding to our email enquires and they were really professional to deal with. Once it got to our big day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing, as the buses all ran so smoothly and the bus drivers were lovely and accommodating. We highly recommend EV Tours.

We booked with EV Tours for a day trip to the races, having used other operators in the past and not always knowing what to expect. This time, we were pleasantly surprised. The 24-seat coach arrived on time and was perfect for our group. Dirk, our driver, was fantastic. Friendly, professional and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. He was flexible with our drop-off and pick-up requests and even took song requests, which added a fun touch to the day. We had a great experience and will definitely be booking with EV Tours again.

EV TOURS are a great company. My work used them for a school camp and they helped pack all the kids bags (there were a lot of them) and planned out how to fit all the bags and everyone travelling. They were also very efficient with time management arriving early and making sure we left on time each way. The staff were incredibly nice, kind, caring and welcoming to both the workers and the young people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
